Shipping and Returns

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 1 business day. Courier delivery is approximately 4-6 business days.  

What are the shipping costs?

New Zealand: Free shipping over $50 (via courier 1-3 business days once dispatched) for all orders. $8 shipping under $50 (via courier 1-3 business days once dispatched) for all orders. Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.  Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Australia: Free shipping over $50 $15 flat shipping rate for all orders under $50 Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout. 

Worldwide: Free shipping over $250 $19.00 flat rate for all international orders. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout. 

International deliveries: For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.    Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery details. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer


We want you to love your purchase but understand that sometimes this is not the case.

If for any reason you are not satisfied please return it to us within 7 days, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging.  

We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.  
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.
Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us.   
We recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund.   
Please email notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number and the reason for returning it.  
Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
